(2) Therefore, CRO-Hotel.de is not the contracting party for the hotel offers presented on this website. The contract is concluded upon booking on the respective hotel portal’s website.
The terms and conditions of the respective hotel provider apply exclusively, especially with regard to cancellation policies. For the processing of bookings, complaints, and inquiries regarding the contracts, the CRO-Hotel user must contact the respective hotel providers.
(3) CRO-HOTEL.de reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with effect for the future if economic or legal reasons require an adjustment.

(2) All hotel prices published on CRO-HOTEL.de may deviate due to technical transmission errors from the partner program „Travelpayout.com“. However, the prices of the selected hotel portal are generally binding.
(3) CRO-HOTEL.de also does not guarantee that the hotel offers displayed on the website can actually be booked at the respective hotels.
(4) CRO-HOTEL.de and the hotel portals operate their respective websites independently of each other. Therefore, CRO-HOTEL.de cannot guarantee the graphical, content or technical design of the hotel portals‘ websites or the hotel offers offered or not offered on them.
